About The Role
This is a full-time, 12-months maternity cover role offered on a secondment basis only. This role is open to internal applicants only and external applicants will not be considered at this time.
This role is expected to be advertised until 23rd February with in person interviews expected to take place in March.
The Faculty Executive Assistant (EA) is a key member of the professional services team, providing comprehensive support to the Dean and Director of Operations (DOO) for the Faculty of Population Health Sciences. The post holder will also assist the Dean in his role as UCL Pro-Provost (Health). Working alongside the Faculty Operations Manager, the EA will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running and effective operational management of the faculty office as a whole. The EA will have line management responsibility for a part-time Faculty Assistant.

About You
This is a busy role in a fast-paced environment, where you will be expected to be adaptable, quickly assimilate information and establish their own support networks across UCL. An excellent eye for detail, superb organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally are a must.
You should have proven experience in providing EA support to senior management in a large, complex organisation. You should have demonstrable experience effectively managing busy, complex diaries as well as supporting with management of activities including travel arrangements and events. You should have a good working knowledge and experience of finances and purchasing, and EU legislation for timesheets.
