We're looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Kier places team based in Ramsgate - Kent.
Location: Ramsgate - Kent.
What will you be responsible for?
As Customer Support Advisor, you'll be working within the Kier places team, supporting them in the allocation and completion of work orders for reactive works.
Your Day To Day Will Include:
* Communicating effectively with customers, both internally and externally for the capture, recording, and distribution of service calls onto the CAFAM system.
* Providing phone cover as required by your Team Leader.
* Monitoring inboxes as required by your Team Leader.
* Raising new work orders for Contract Managers.
* Raising reactive work orders for Kier engineers.
What are we looking for?
This role of Customer Support Advisor is great for you if you can:
* Check subcontractor's paperwork to ensure all correct information is shown, such as start and finish times and a description of work carried out.
* Make engineer time record changes/corrections.
* Check and correct returns from QS and Quotes.
* Correct misalignments.
* Check 100% billable jobs.
