Senior IT Business Development Manager

A 37.5 hour week, 5 days in SDSE Weybridge Office, Surrey, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage group of 10 or more people to fulfill department objectives.
• Provide consulting and coordinating new IT solutions to resolve issues and pain points faced by Samsung Electronics subsidiaries across Europe.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, manage sales teams, and drive revenue growth.
• Identify potential issues and undertake opportunity assessment for improvement.
• Build category strategy for both the business and client bases.
Essential Skills:
• High level of understanding of cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI.
• Ability to build a team to run a business and high understanding of SAP ERP.
• Proven leadership and negotiation skills, with ability to drive decision-making across multiple functions and organizational areas.
• Strong analytical foundation, with ability to think through complex deal structures.
Desirable Skills:
• Experience in delivering multiple IT projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Samsung processes in all business areas.
• Good knowledge of ERP, CRM, e-commerce, RPA, BI, Data, AI.
Requirements:
• Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the IT or electronic goods industry.
Working Hours:
• 37.5 hour week, 5 days in SDSE Weybridge Office.
• Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.
