What Are We Looking For?
Our Supply Chain Team are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join the team in Muir of Ord on a full time permanent basis. This role will support the RSE Fleet & Plant Manager in coordinating and maintaining the efficient operation of RSE’s vehicle fleet. This role includes overseeing vehicle usage, scheduling maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and optimising fleet performance. The coordinator works closely with drivers, vendors, and management to ensure fleet availability and cost-effectiveness
Some of Your Key Duties Include:
Ensure vehicles are in proper working order.
Coordinate vehicle scheduling and dispatch pool fleet to meet RSE’s operational needs.
Manage the RSE fleet inventory and monitor fleet performance, usage, and fuel efficiency.
Prepare MOT schedules and track routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and compliance requirements.
Analyse costs and recommend strategies for improving efficiency and reducing expenses.
Ensure driver adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Assist in purchasing or leasing new vehicles as needed.
Assist with vehicle registration and insurance.
What Do You Need?
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Knowledge of fleet management software (preferred).
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.
Ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Full UK Driving Licence
