Working from our Head Office in the Midlands you will be responsible for looking after around 20 of our sporting leagues. Knowledge of sporting events is not essential but you must be organised, self motivated, passionate, a detail oriented team player who is committed to success along with having an excellent telephone manner as you will be speaking to staff on the ground and customers on a daily basis.
Using our automated website you would monitor results and fixtures and ensure that the ground staff do an effective job for you. You will need to think clearly and positively about how to get the maximum income from your leagues.
Qualifications are less important than a can do attitude and desire to succeed and push yourself.
The main duties include, but are not limited to:
Regular liaison by telephone, email, social channels with your leagues supervisors along with teams and players to ensure that they run smoothly and efficiently.
Registering any new players and teams in to your leagues as well as recruiting referees/umpires and supervisors.
Sourcing and negotiating bookings with new venues to ensure that our sessions run in key locations and are profitable.
Ensuring our bespoke inhouse online cms is updated on a daily basis.
We are quick to identify and develop talent, and many of our Senior Executives started off in this role. Anyone who shows aptitude for managing leagues can expect a quick promotion as we continue our expansion within the industry.
Key Account Managers have the opportunity to substantially increase their wages with an aggressive bonus system.
We have a smart casual dress code and flexible hours system, working days are Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday to match our business days as the business needs dictate.
