At Notton House Academy, we have a position open for an School Receptionist to join a friendly administrative team, providing an efficient point of contact within our reception. Salary : MNSP Grade 3 Scale point 5-7 Actual salary £17,851 - £18,451 per annum (Pay Award Pending) The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 3.30 pm, Friday 8.30 am to 3.00pm, Term Time Only plus 5 days to be worked during the school holidays. Job overview You’ll be responsible for overseeing the reception facility, answering calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries, signing in visitors and ensuring all visitors are appropriately monitored, dealing with daily taxi transport as well as providing general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records. Job requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in administrative tasks and office software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
