We would like to appoint a maternity leave cover for our Early Years lead practitioner. The successful person will work in our happy and vibrant pre-school at Woodside Primary School. The role is to start on 20th Jan 2025 (tbc) for 30 hours a week, over five days a week, term time only.
Pay details: Grade 5 point 11-14 pro rata. Starting point dependant on skills/experience.
We wish to appoint an applicant who:
1. Has proven experience of working with Early Years children
2. Understands how young children learn and has a range of strategies to support
3. Is able to demonstrate strong communication and supportive skills
4. Can work within a team but also independently
5. Can fulfil the requirements of the attached job description and specification
6. Is able to build warm and positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff
