The Role
Reporting into the Early Careers Team Lead, this role will be responsible for supporting the business and the Early Careers strategy as we grow our Early Careers hires each year.
Key Accountabilities
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
* Liaise with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and local offices to gather early careers requirements for annual intake cycles.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process, including role briefings, candidate discussions, and interview arrangements.
* Work with support networks, including Learning & Development (L&D), HR, and Finance, to deliver exceptional service.
* Act as a subject matter expert for your business region, filling active vacancies and leading projects to explore new hiring avenues and improve talent acquisition strategies.
Attraction
* Post and maintain job adverts on various platforms, including the Azets website and external job boards.
* Promote opportunities on social media and coordinate/attend recruitment events to enhance brand awareness and attract candidates.
* Coordinate and participate in recruitment events to enhance brand awareness and attract early career talent.
Assessment and Selection
* Conduct candidate screening and assessments, manage interview and assessment centre logistics, and ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and feedback collection.
* Oversee the offer process, supporting hiring managers with offer details and liaising with the onboarding team for smooth transitions.
Process Improvement and Reporting
* Champion the use of the TalentLink system, ensuring compliance with processes and administration within the ATS.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in early careers recruitment to continually enhance team performance and outcomes.
* Regularly review and suggest enhancements to recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
* Analyse recruitment data and prepare reports for your respective region to identify trends and inform strategy.
