Job Title: Technical Liaison Officer

Salary - £38,262 - £47,854 (+ Company van and fuel card) per annum

Working hours - Full Time (39 hours per week)
About the role
You need to have experience in heating/boiler repairs and wish to transition to an office-based support role for heating engineers.
You will continuously monitor engineer job completion from correct skillset deployment to the ordering and deployment of parts to the heating team, including planned and reactive workload and individual job priorities, within servicing, safety inspections, and day-to-day repairs.

About you
You will need the following:
* City & Guilds, NVQ level 3 or similar
* ACS including CCN1 CEN1 WAT1
* HTR1 CKR1 CPA1
* UVHW
You will need up-to-date working knowledge of industry regulations and requirements.
You need to have experience with fault finding on modern condensing and older atmospheric boilers.
You need to have wiring experience on S & Y Plans, strong mechanical electrical knowledge, and be Gas Safe Registered (current or lapsed).
