Role Overview:
As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments. You will offer individualized interventions based on clinical assessment and formulation.
Responsibilities:
* Provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams.
* Support the delivery of therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure therapeutic support permeates all aspects of education and care.

Candidate Profile:
* Qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
* Proven skills and experience in assessing and supporting therapeutic interventions for children and young people.
* Experience in providing clinically informed living and learning environments.
* Confident, engaging, and effective as a model, guide, leader, and trainer.
* Highly organized and proactive.
* Committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people.
