Join us at Maltings Academy as a SEND Manager and support the SLT/SENDCo, manage SEND processes, maintain accurate records, and work with staff, families and external agencies.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Keeping SEND records accurate and up-to-date.
* Maintaining an organised filing system.
* Managing referrals and external agency visits.
* Using the Edukey Provision Mapping Tool.
* Supporting the SLT/SENDCo with admin tasks.
* Managing meetings and associated paperwork.
* Supporting the financial processes of the department.
* Contributing to the development of SEND support.
* Analysing data to inform SEND approach.
* Liaising with parents, carers and other agencies.
You are someone who has:
* Excellent administrative and communication skills.
* Experience in an educational setting working with SEND.
* A good understanding of the SEND landscape and any relevant legislation
* Experience of working with Management Information Systems.
* A passion for supporting children with SEND.
* A real commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
