We are looking for a proactive Administrator who will manage our reception whilst also supporting our 80 strong team on day-to-day admin tasks.
The role is to cover our reception and phone calls between the hours of 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday. During those hours, you will also be assisting our Planning team with administrative tasks as well as supporting our marketing team from time to time.
Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Management of our meeting rooms and reception area in addition to answering all incoming calls to the business
* Proofreading and formatting reports
* Printing and binding documents
* Booking staff onto events
* Liaising with PR company on press releases
* Maintaining databases
* Covering absence for Office Manager, including facilities management
Requirements and Skills:
* Experience in an office environment, desirable but not essential
* Excellent MS Office knowledge
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Driving license
