Your main responsibilities may include: To monitor CCTV cameras for both Stansted and Out Stations, reporting any security, health and safety or other issues as they arise to Corporate Security Answering telephone ensuring a quick, polite and professional response. Investigating / reviewing on CCTV for Corporate security and reporting outcomes To follow policies and procedures in the control room To act as communication centre for the security guards onsite ensuring they have the information to perform their role. To report sickness and absence to Mitie as per written procedure. To monitor non FedEx vehicles and pedestrians who are on site. To operate computer system and software as required To report incidents that may occur on Stansted or satellite sites to Corporate Security by Occurrence reports. To perform reasonable requests as required by management and Corporate security. To succeed in this role, you will need the following: SIA License. 5-year checkable work/career history. Experience in a similar role, would an advantage Physically fit to undertake given tasks. Possess the ability to work under pressure.
