Working hours: 4 days on 4 days off, 2 shifts, 6am-5pm, and 1pm till midnight

Contact Centre Advisor key responsibilities:
1. To personally provide excellent standards of customer service
2. Understand and demonstrate tremendous customer care and rapport building
3. Display good listening skills to identify customer needs
4. Deal with all internet, email and phone enquiries
5. Confidently make and answer calls in a professional manner whilst adhering to company policies and following best practice
6. Work as part of a team to achieve personal and department objectives
7. Manage, respond and log all incoming email enquiries on appropriate systems
8. Keep and update reports and call logs
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
1. Customer service experience - within a contact centre or retail/sales
2. Customers first contact
3. Dealing with emergency breakdowns and general defects/compliance events
4. Liaising with various suppliers to attend on site or arrange for booking into workshop, managing cases from start to finish
5. Ability to prioritise and identify services required for warranty, damage
6. Chasing updates and keeping accurate records of all calls and notes, keeping customers updated throughout
7. Understanding compliance importance
8. Excellent communication skills - via phone and email
9. Ability to adapt and work well with people
10. Well-spoken and uses professional and polite mannerisms
11. Good listening skills
12. Dedication - longevity and/or progression within the company
13. Good IT skills and understanding of Microsoft packages particularly Excel
