We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and flexible Teaching Assistant to join our warm and welcoming team. This is a permanent role for 32.5 hours per week, term-time plus one week (39 weeks) per year.
This role requires a patient, dedicated, positive individual who is passionate about working with children.
Experience in a similar role and flexibility to work across the school would be a distinct advantage.
You will:
Be able to meet the needs of children, including those with a variety of Special Educational Needs, under the direction of a teacher or HLTA
Be able to form positive relationships with children, staff and parents
Have high expectations of behaviour, effort and attitude and the necessary strategies to promote these qualities
Have recent experience of working in a primary school
Enjoy working as part of a team
