The post holder has clinical responsibility for the area and will cover in the absence of the medical staff, but will have remote support from medical staff. As part of a multidisciplinary team the post holder will have responsibility for assessment of care needs, evaluation of care plans, ensuring the delivery of high quality care to patients. The post holder has responsibility and accountability for maintaining both clinical and staff governance.
