Description Are you an experienced Paint mixer? Do you have experience mixing paint and paint coatings on a manufacturing site? The whole blending process is done in accordance with minimization of wastes and losses and Company safety and housekeeping rules. Responsibilities Tinting the materials according to the given recipe. Retain samples and to keep batch wise data for future references following SOP’s. Maintaining the machinery (Dispensers, mixers, shakers) clean and in working condition. Report faulty equipment to Blending Supervisor. Maintenance of safe operating procedures through complete knowledge of safety rules and lab procedures. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with those in line of work. Conduct projects from design through implementation by effectively organizing, planning, delegating, coordinating. Follow all waste management procedures. Reworking/adjusting the returned materials from customers. Operating the Corob tinting machine. Maintaining the Corob machine. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent in Chemistry, or similar experience in coatings (preferred) Knowledge of color / knowledge of coating or paint industry. Knowledge of industrial coatings is an asset. Dynamic and results oriented High level of accuracy. Responsible and autonomous in working.
