About the Role As the Global Sales & Partnerships Director at Dimply, you will lead our efforts to build and expand partnerships with global financial service providers, driving growth and revenue and contribute to the overall sales strategy. Your focus will be on establishing, developing and cultivating strategic relationships with senior decision-makers, and retaining and growing our partner base, and identifying opportunities to scale Dimply. You’ll bring a collaborative approach to supporting and attaining Dimply’s strategic growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales : Retain and sell to global financial service providers, fostering strong relationships with senior decision-makers in alignment with Dimply’s values. Business Planning : Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and sales strategy for the UK, MENA and US markets, aligning with Dimply’s product suite and market opportunities. Partnership Development : Cultivate customer-centric relationships with strategic partners and key accounts to ensure Dimply’s growth in the enterprise fintech market. Market Insight : Stay informed on market trends and competitive intelligence to inform our product strategy, with a focus on global open banking, open finance and AI trends. Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and product teams to align customer, prospects and market needs with Dimply’s offerings and strategy. About You 12 years of experience in business development, partnerships, and/or sales within fintech, enterprise SaaS, or banking technology, with a strong focus on software sales and renewals. Proven experience in achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets and attracting new and organic growth goals Negotiation Skills - Strong negotiation skills essential to navigate both internal and external stakeholders Global Perspective : Familiarity with financial services markets in Europe, North America, MENA and beyond, with knowledge of global open banking trends Sales Expertise : Strong understanding of sales techniques and a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
