Company eventsMy client, a leading company in the Electronics Manufacturing sector in Wales, has an exciting opportunity for a Test Engineer to play a key role in supporting production test equipment for functional testing and to lead new product introductions (NPI) activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:-
Support and maintain production test equipment to ensure efficient and reliable functional testing.
Assist with new product introductions, facilitating seamless transitions from development to production while ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
Develop and update detailed test instructions for various products to enhance accuracy and consistency.
Train and mentor Test Technicians, promoting adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), implementing necessary updates to test processes and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to electronic hardware testing, ensuring minimal downtime.
Operate and optimize electronic test equipment (both hardware and software) to maintain high-quality standards.Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:-
A strong understanding of electronics, with hands-on experience in hardware testing.
Experience in testing PCB and High-Level Assembly (HLA) components.
