What is a Hybrid Calendar?
At Snyder ISD, we want to surround our students with the best. To recruit and retain top-tier staff, the Board of Trustees voted to adopt a HYBRID calendar beginning in 20023. Due to the overwhelming popularity of the calendar, the Board of Trustees has repeatedly voted for it to continue. View the calendar here: http://www.snyderisd.net/calendar.
The calendar was designed with input from parents, students, staff, and the community to account for attendance, maximize school time, and improve school/work-life balance.
