Your New Role as Finance Manager:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, as Finance Manager your responsibilities will include:
1. Line management of a team of 5 finance staff being responsible for their training and development
2. Review of the monthly management accounts pack and input as required
3. Involvement in the year end statutory accounting and audit process
4. Providing commercial support to drive growth initiatives
5. Key player in driving system and process improvements and projects as required
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), with a technically strong accounting skillset and good commercial acumen. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to add value through enhancing/streamlining processes and systems within a finance function. Systems driven, you will be competent in the use of ERP systems and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
