The Role:
As a Senior Pensions Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
1. Training and supporting less experienced team members
2. Maintaining membership records and documentation
3. Assisting with the calculation and payment of scheme benefits
4. Completing project work
5. Liaising with stakeholders
6. Maintaining compliance with ISO and AAF accreditations
7. Supporting member enquiries
8. Ensuring high-quality pension administration and consultancy services
Your Profile:
Essential Criteria:
1. Previous Defined Benefit (DB) pensions experience
2. Experience performing manual calculations within the pensions industry
3. Ability to develop a culture of high standards and customer responsiveness
4. Knowledge of MS Office Products such as Excel and Word
5. Strong organisational skills
6. A can-do attitude
