Role Overview:
* Respond to inbound calls and emails from a variety of clients
* Liaise with internal customers and sub-contractors
* Deliver exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For:
* A people person with excellent communication skills
* Experience in customer service, retail, or helpdesk is a plus, but not essential
* A passion for helping people

About You
Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required:
* GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
* Level 3 NVQ in relevant subject
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role:
* Minimum 12 months experience in similar customer-facing role
* Understanding of Help Desk operation
* Customer Service skills
* Keyboard skills
