Temporary Administrator - 6 months+ possible perm opportunity
Mansfield - 37 hours per week (flex between 8am-5pm)
c£12p.h.
We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy housing department requiring administration support on a long-term temporary basis (possible permanent opportunity).
Responsibilities:
1. Working within an office providing support to a busy external team
2. Booking appointments for surveyors, asbestos team, technical officers, quantity surveyors etc.
3. Managing MS Outlook diaries for a team of approximately 14
4. Taking phone calls answering queries and re-directing
5. Receiving emails via central system
6. Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
7. Raising purchase orders and basic purchase ledger duties - matching invoices
8. General support as required within the office
Requirements:
1. Strong administration background within a commercial office environment
2. Good use of MS Office including Word and Excel
3. Good communication skills with the ability to work on own initiative
4. Must be able to work in an office full time
