Salary: Up to £27,000 basic (OTE £50,000+)
About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join a growing company. This role involves building strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
2. Proactively reaching out to businesses to offer relevant solutions.
3. Maintaining and developing client relationships through excellent service.
4. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
5. Analysing data to provide informed recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Minimum 12 months of outbound telesales experience.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
4. Self-motivated with a drive to hit and exceed targets.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to multitask effectively.
