The Forum School is recruiting experienced Night Residential Support Workers to join their growing team.
The Forum School, a 38-52 weeks school and home for children and young people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, is located in Blandford Forum. Our main priority for this role is to find individuals with the right values, behaviors, and attitudes that align with ours. We seek dedicated residential support workers who embody these qualities—could this be you?
Key Responsibilities
* Assist young people in developing life skills, qualifications, and confidence.
* Provide a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes individual growth.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.
* Act as a positive role model while engaging young people in educational and social activities.
* Facilitate and support daily living tasks and routines, ensuring safety and well-being.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Genuine passion for improving the lives of young people.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Flexible approach to shift work, adapting to varying scheduling needs.
* Mature, calm demeanor with active listening skills.
* Must hold a clean Full UK Driving License.
