Role:
We are looking for a self-starter who can challenge the existing market players encompassing Account Management and new business accounts. You will be expected to support existing key accounts whilst generating your own bids, presentations, and sales campaigns, and follow through on generated leads and enquiries, with support and mentoring from your UK Sales Manager and team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a sustainable sales and marketing presence in a region that supports the Group’s sales strategy and its national strategy, budget, and ambitions.
2. Meet and work closely with your customers to ensure problems are resolved by identifying practical solutions.
3. Develop the region for System Edström's complete product range through marketing campaigns sponsored by the Group and your initiatives, local market awareness campaigns (exhibitions and conferences), cold calling, and sales.
4. Maximise your relationship building, providing technical sales support, problem solving, and identifying and designing solutions cohesively.
5. Work with management and various key stakeholders to ensure pricing matrix and structure for the region provides a winning formula whilst not compromising margins.
6. Monitor customer attitudes and concerns, highlighting these to Group management as appropriate to match service levels and improve standards and processes where necessary.

We are looking for a self-responsible sales expert who has the capability of developing trust and relationships with their key accounts and new long-term accounts.
1. Provide solutions to customer challenges and excellent customer care.
2. Deliver growth and profitability by supporting an existing and expanding network of lease companies and national businesses.
3. Be an up-and-coming and ‘can do’ team player with the drive and motivation to support the ongoing development of a dynamic and growing business.
4. Minimum 3+ years of business development, account management experience in a B2B solutions-based role or from the automotive/leasing sector covering commercial sales or service aftercare management is preferred but not critical if you can demonstrate the right soft skills, attitude, and proven track record.
5. Have an energetic & enthusiastic personality with a desire to develop relationships at all levels of seniority.
6. Be willing to travel and undertake overnight stays, being self-responsible and highly organised.
7. Have a keen eye for detail and ensure the effective administration of processes and procedures within our sales cycle.
8. Maintain strong internal relationships and work closely with Operational colleagues as well as with the Customer Support Team in managing customer expectations.
