As a data analyst you will be responsible for providing enhanced reports to both internal and external stakeholders, interpreting and presenting data in a cohesive and formal manner.
Successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain security clearance prior to commencing employment, this includes being able to provide a minimum of 3 years consecutive UK employment/education & residential history

Day to Day
20. Own and champion the contracts KPI reporting across the operation
21. Analysis data trends and report Root Cause Analysis
22. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports/presentations
23. WMS interrogation and investigation; high level of compliance
24. Support the CI Manager with data to enable & support realisation of savings
25. Provide enhanced MIreportingto both internal stakeholders and to customers within P&I, repositioning reporting and analytical tasks away from the operational teams to enable them to focus on delivery
26. Play a role in new bids within P&I, giving live demonstrations to the customer of the enhanced MI they will have on a real time basis, available through laptops/tablets/mobile phones
27. Provide efficiencies to weekly reporting and period reporting, providing management with faster and more insightful information, whilst also providing efficiencies and cost saving opportunities

What will you bring?
29. Understanding of the nature of data and its application to the reporting process
30. Knowledge of extraction methods and quality control mechanisms
31. Understanding of Data Warehouse and ETL processes
32. Excellent SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases
33. Excellent understanding of data formats (CSV, JSON, Parquet)
34. Ability to design key visuals which help derive management decisions to drive real change on business performance and financial understanding
35. Demonstrate track-record of improvements
36. Demonstrate experience of business partnering with financial and operational teams
37. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and mentor junior team members
