Meeting Internal and External customer service levels through the effective and hands on supervision of all production of business wide fabrication, including Aluminium builds and operator builds, completion of administrative duties to ensure all production build instructions and components are ready for planned builds including drawings and any associated cutting details. Delivering of strategies and initiatives especially around LEAN to add value throughout the department.
Close liaison with Fabrication Manager, to check drawings, produce build sheets, liaise with Project Management department to ensure all jobs and produced on time, budget, and are quality checked prior to dispatch

Overseeing the safe and efficient production of Company wide aluminium systems
Production of Quality Aluminium Doors, Windows, and Curtain Wall systems
Interpretation of production drawings
Factory H&S and Cleanliness
Overseeing the delivery and collection of materials to/from site and/or suppliers
Duties will involve overseeing the company Aluminium fabrication, inclusive of Doors, Windows, Curtain Wall, Gasketing, Beading. Use of various machinery i.e. Copy Routers / Bead saws, punch tools to ensure the manufacturing schedules are achieved on time and efficiently as possible.
Control and Supervision of Factory production and workloads
Agreement of any Overtime, in liaison with Production Manager
