Job Summary:

I am delighted to be working with this leading law firm to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor to join their growing team. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, separation, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic violence.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce, separation, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic violence.
2. Conduct client interviews and take instructions to identify their legal needs and provide clear and concise advice.
3. Prepare and negotiate pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, and consent orders.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, including divorces, ancillary relief applications, and children act proceedings.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their cases.
6. Work closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure effective case management and coordination.
