Stealth-Mode Start-Up Client is seeking a Front-End Engineer to design, develop, and optimize the front-end architecture of a dynamic web and mobile platform. This role will focus on building scalable, efficient, and maintainable front-end systems, ensuring seamless integration with backend services, and delivering an exceptional user experience across devices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end architecture, advanced JavaScript frameworks, and a deep understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement a scalable front-end architecture that supports platform growth and evolving requirements.
2. Ensure reusability, modularity, and performance optimization in the frontend codebase.
3. Collaborate with other Engineers to establish efficient data exchange protocols.
4. Transform UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and dynamic user interfaces.
5. Work with Senior UI/UX Designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
6. Develop and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries.
7. Optimize front-end rendering performance across different devices and browsers.
8. Implement advanced caching strategies and lazy loading to improve page load times.
9. Monitor and address front-end performance bottlenecks.
10. Implement and manage front-end state management systems (e.g., Redux, Context API, Vuex).
11. Ensure data consistency across front-end components and back-end APIs.
12. Work closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and UI/UX Designers to align technical solutions with business goals.
13. Actively participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical brainstorming sessions.
14. Integrate with backend APIs and third-party services, ensuring seamless data flow.
15. Build secure and efficient frontend-to-backend communication protocols.
16. Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure front-end code stability and reliability.
17. Debug and resolve frontend issues and errors efficiently.
18. Create and maintain technical documentation for frontend architecture, workflows, and component libraries.
19. Provide clear guidelines for frontend best practices to other team members.
20. Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, tools, and industry trends.
21. Proactively recommend new tools and frameworks to enhance frontend capabilities.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Front-End Engineer or in a similar technical frontend role.
2. Excellent command of the English Language in all forms.
3. Previous start-up experience would be an advantage.
4. Proficiency in React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
5. Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
6. Hands-on experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Vuex).
7. Expertise in frontend performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading and caching.
8. Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.
9. Proficiency with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
10. Experience with Git for version control and collaboration.
11. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
12. Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack).
13. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
14. Experience creating technical documentation for front-end architectures and systems.
