Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development & Support, you will be part of the Sales & Commercial Team, within this leading mobile infrastructure services provider. Leading the team to develop value propositions and managing the full e2e sales cycle across commercial mobile operations.
Developing business development strategies: Including new business, and growth opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
Market Research & Analysis : Identifying and evaluating market trends, competitors, and customer needs aligned to the business strategy.
Pipeline Development: Building a pipeline of opportunities ensuring consistent progress through all stages of the sales cycle.
Commercial Modelling and Analysis: Creating commercial models for new business areas working closely with Finance Business Partners to assess potential revenue, risks, and commercial viability
Business case development: Developing business cases to support business development opportunities, outlining potential revenue and costs, and presenting recommendations to Leadership for approval.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, stakeholders and partners.
Lead and Mentor Team : Oversee a small team of junior staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities. Setting goals & KPIs, monitoring performance, and enabling professional growth.
Identifying new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships.
Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to execute complex business plans.
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyse market data, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven strategies.
Technology: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business tools
Working Policy & Interview process
Hybrid working places are in place for this role, with 2-3 days onsite required each week. The interview process will consist of two stages, one video and one in person interview.
