This Warranty Administrator role is to interpret job cards and process retail warranty claims in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities for this Warranty Administrator role:
• Complete warranty claims, using correct details supplied on the job card within manufacturer timescales
• To complete retail invoices to customer accounts ensuring their processes are followed
• Process claims and invoices for other branches
• Deal with any invoice queries efficiently and timely and respond back to the accounts team with a full update
• Maintain accurate vehicle history and service records in line with customer requirements and operator licence standards & manufacturers guidelines
• Maintain invoice filing by job number
• Attend any training course as deemed necessary

Experience of processing Manufacturer Warranty Claims?
Have experience of processing claims?
Hours for the Warranty Administrator role: Monday to Friday, 8.00 – 6.00, 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8.30 – 12.30
