This post will primarily focus on the delivery of research trials and studies within the Clinical Research Facility but will also support studies being undertaken across the Trust. With the complexity of clinical trials increasing and more specialties becoming research active this is an opportunity to work with different teams within and external to the trust and offer children and young people the opportunity to take part in exciting clinical research. You will be responsible for assessing and managing the care pathways for patients and carers participating in clinical trials. This will involve the recruitment, education and monitoring of research participants and the collection and documentation of accurate data.
