Shape how this service develops, using your experience to make it work better. Build strong connections with other services to make sure people get all the support they need. You'll have freedom to be flexible - sometimes a quick conversation is what's needed, other times you'll work more intensively with someone. Every day will be different, but your goal stays the same: helping people find stability in both their housing and mental health.
