Our client, a leading pharmaceutical based in Chatham are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, edit, and review contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity
* Maintain organised records of all contract documents, amendments, and correspondence
* Work with relevant departments to gather approvals and ensure timely contract execution.
* Track contract timelines, renewal dates, and notify relevant parties in advance
* Verify that contracts meet regulatory, company, and legal requirements.
* Assist in negotiating terms and conditions to align with company policies and goals
