Responsibilities:
Organic and Paid Campaign Management:
* Design and execute organic content strategies to engage audiences and increase follower growth on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
* Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn advertising, ensuring targeted and measurable outcomes.
* Monitor performance metrics across organic and paid efforts to refine strategies and maximise ROI.
Influencer Growth and Partnerships:
* Identify and collaborate with influencers alongside the Head of Contractor Engagement to build relationships with content creators who align with our brand values and audience.
* Develop and manage long-term influencer partnerships, co-creating campaigns that enhance reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
Community Engagement:
* Build and nurture relationships within online communities, responding to enquiries and fostering an authentic brand connection.
* Create initiatives to encourage audience interaction, such as polls or user-generated content campaigns.
Content Creation and Multi-Platform Strategy:
* Create visually engaging and platform-specific content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva, tailored to brand and audience needs.
* Manage social scheduling and monitoring using tools like Hootsuite to ensure consistent messaging and drumbeat across all platforms.
Audience Targeting and Analytics:
* Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics to understand audience behaviour and improve targeting.
* Provide actionable insights and reporting on organic, paid, and influencer campaign performance.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
* Partner with internal teams to align organic, paid, and influencer strategies with broader marketing goals.
* Ensure all campaigns adhere to the brand voice and maintain consistency across platforms.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
* Proven experience managing organic and paid social media campaigns with expertise in Facebook and LinkedIn Ads Management.
* Knowledge and experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, managing, and measuring influencer collaborations.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva for content creation.
* Experience using social media management tools like Hootsuite and analytics platforms like Google GA4.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships across multiple brands.
* Bonus: Experience with Salesforce CRM for targeted audience engagement.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
