About the Role:
The role of the Receptionist and Administrator is to provide reception and administrative services in support of the wider operation of the Community Ministries of The Salvation Army.
What will your responsibilities be:
1. Advance the mission of The Salvation Army.
2. Provide a warm welcome and responsive point of connection for all people arriving at the centre.
3. Provide administrative and service delivery tasks for the wider team including support with IT, property, and travel needs.
4. Connect people to Community Ministries and Corps programmes that enhance their current circumstances and meet individual needs.
5. Organise meetings, promptly record meeting minutes, and efficiently support with correspondence.
6. Carry out duties in line with the positive outcomes of the role.

This role is permanent part-time and hours worked will be 26 per week.
The starting hourly rate for this role will fall between $26 and $28.
