We are strategic, collaborative, and solutions-oriented. About the right team member We are seeking a dynamic and results - driven Corporate Account Manager in EMEA to join ClassPass. In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for corporate clients, fostering long - term relationships through regular communication. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll drive client engagement, promote higher employee adoption of ClassPass, and identify u pselling opportunities. Your focus will be on client retention and expanding partnerships, ensuring our solutions meet evolving needs while contributing to overall client satisfaction and company growth. About the role Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives to ensure long-term partnerships Regularly engage with clients, prioritizing key accounts through quarterly check-ins to reinforce value and identify upselling opportunities. Leverage negotiation and persuasion skills to recommend additional services or features that align with client objectives, driving growth within accounts. Analyze engagement metrics to uncover trends, proactively addressing gaps with tailored solutions to boost retention, enrollment and client satisfaction. Deliver compelling presentations and organize promotional activities to increase employee participation and highlight ClassPass benefits. Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a seamless client experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with our EMEA Launch Specialist for smooth client onboarding and contribute to global account management projects as needed. Skills & experience 2 Years experience in Account Management or a Sales related role Knowledge of the fitness and employee benefits industry (a plus) Must be fluent in Spanish A natural communicator who loves building relationships Detail-oriented problem solver with a detail-oriented approach to executing tasks and an ability to manage multiple projects at once An excellent team player who proactively seeks to collaborate with wider teams Demonstrate partnerships experience with a track record of high standards Experience with CRM Systems, such as Salesforce Right to work in the United Kingdom
