Our client, a market-leading innovator and manufacturer of world-class mobility access and emergency stairway evacuation products is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team. The Project Administrator will support the small integral R&D team in planning, coordinating, and executing projects effectively. The responsibilities of the Project Administrator include but are not limited to the following: Assist in the planning and coordination of new product and product collateral projects. Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and records. Track project progress, budgets, and resources, flagging any potential issues. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for project-related discussions. Coordinate purchases and external/sub-contract project resources including IPR and NDAs etc. Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Project Administrator: Previous experience within a similar role. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
