Outreach Youth Worker (Job Ref 24-91)
Salary – £23,088 to £25,019 (Depending on Experience)
6 hours per week in the community, based from Young Plymouth.
Maternity Cover - Fixed-Term Contract until 31/07/2025
Are you a creative youth worker?
Are you passionate about actively engaging and building quality relationships with young people?
This is a great chance to be part of a South West wide programme exploring community safety and anti-social behaviour with young people. You will be responsible for delivering proactive, engaging and high quality Outreach Youth Work in the Plymouth area. You will get to know young people and work with them to provide opportunities to explore risk taking, reduce the potential for harm and experience safe relationships. We are looking for someone who has experience of inspiring young people to explore their choices and has some knowledge of adolescence development.
