About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Shared Services Team Leader to join our team for a 9-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will oversee the HR Shared Services team to deliver an efficient and positive service to both managers and employees. You will work closely with the HR Shared Services Manager, Recruitment Manager, and Payroll Manager to ensure seamless delivery of integrated HR services. This is a hands-on, high-volume position, where attention to detail and excellent service delivery are key.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and support HR Coordinators, ensuring they provide accurate, efficient, and timely support to the organisation.
2. Act as the first point of contact for HR Coordinators, offering guidance and advice to resolve issues and support their development.
3. Manage workload distribution, monitor workflow, and implement continuous process improvements.
