We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This role may suit a Graduate who is looking for their first role out of Uni.
This role is Hybrid - 2 days home and 3 days office ( after training )
ResponsibilitiesPerform clerical duties such as data entry and filing
Working alongside an EA and assisting with all PA / EA duties- Manage phone calls and correspondence- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings- Maintain office organisation and tidiness- Utilise Google Suite for various administrative tasks
Qualifications- Proficient in typing and office procedures-- Strong organisational skills- Excellent phone etiquette- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
