Join us as a Despatch Administrator, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you’ll also help maintain stock accuracy and support the smooth running of the despatch area. If you enjoy ensuring that everything runs like clockwork, we want to hear from you Key responsibilities As a Despatch Administrator, you will: Pick, pack, and despatch customer orders and repaired products with precision Keep the despatch area clean, organised, and compliant with Health & Safety regulations Monitor consumable stock items (e.g., packaging materials) and ensure availability Complete daily post and parcel duties efficiently and on time Conduct cyclical stock counts of finished goods, identifying and resolving discrepancies Adhere to ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality standards Promote and maintain a safe working environment Support other reasonable duties as needed What we're looking for Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in order picking, packing, and stock control Organisational Skills: Ability to keep a busy workspace running smoothly and efficiently Team Player: A collaborative approach, with a willingness to assist colleagues where needed Commitment to Safety: A proactive attitude towards maintaining a safe work environment Adaptability: Comfortable handling varied tasks in a dynamic environment Why Join Us?
