Purpose of the Role To manage all aspects of Accounts Payable in the Finance Department. Primary Duties – across various Xodus entities: Leading and co-ordinating the AP team to ensure high levels of service to all Xodus regions Maintenance of accounts payable inbox – collate invoices, coding and input Supporting approvers through Sicon Approvals for Invoices Ensuring all invoices are posted to Sage 200 / Sicon in a timely manner Dealing with supplier queries Assistance with employee expense processing and reconciliation Reconciling and posting of company credit card statements Raising and overseeing payment runs in Sage 200 and uploading payments to the bank Reporting to management any creditor issues Liaising with the business to ascertain suppliers critical for payment and prioritisation of payment runs and timing, selection of vendors for payment and prioritisation of payments to suppliers Monthly bank reconciliations Overseeing intercompany Invoicing and reconciliation Co-ordination of adding third-party invoices and expenses to the PSA, and save the backups for billing. Supplemental Duties: Assisting the accounts team with ad-hoc duties as required Supporting internal and external audits Holiday Cover across the AP team. Key Deliverables: Ensure all accounts payable invoices are in line with internal authority matrix and processed correctly and promptly Maintain a clean and allocated Purchase Ledger. Requirements Good communication skills, both internally and externally Efficient processing of vendor invoices Timely response when resolving queries.
