Key Responsibilities
1. Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
2. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Interacting with our wonderful customers and educating them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
4. Maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
5. Being responsible for cash management and adhering to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
6. Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
7. Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
