Purpose of the role:
The role of the quality assurance co-ordinator plays a vital part in supporting our field team to deliver results, compliance, and coverage within our retail performance team.
The role will support the day-to-day operational supervision of excellent field execution through providing quality assurance checks to ensure high-quality briefs and surveys are handed to field colleagues.
As a valued member of the Activity Planning Business Unit, you will provide a service that enables our field team to complete their tasks in store and support a process that is “right first time, every time” in all areas.
Through implementing quality assurance processes, with clear visibility of progress of quality checking, the wider business will have visibility of the value added each day.
Through effective governance and continuous improvement, our internal and external customers will be at the heart of everything that you do, ensuring that every decision made delivers outstanding customer service.
Key area's of responsibility:
* Support in the delivery of the group activity plan including QC process, Briefing sign off process.
* Review Quality Checked work with QA Manager to ensure all queries are captured in a timely manner to report back to the field Area Managers.
* Work on assigned “red flag” reports for specific clients and become the expert in all areas of the QC.
* Be part of regular review meetings with dedicated Customer Co-ordinators, field Area Managers to review red flag reports.
* Execute timely release of jobs built by Customer Co-ordinators/Account Team onto COP's (our in-house software platform) for job allocation.
* Ensure relevant data is captured for Power BI reports to drive continual improvements and trends.
* Manage reset process and reassign calls completed incorrectly.
* Communicate with Field Area Managers clearly on any quality issues to ensure issues are corrected.
* Work comfortably of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Skills & Experience Required:
* IT skills – Microsoft Excel/Word/Teams.
* Excellent Communication skills.
* Attention to detail and time management.
* Able to work well under pressure, to strict deadlines.
