What will you be doing? Reporting to our Head of DEI and working closely with our Partner Lead for Responsible Business, this is a new role that will lead on building in-house capability to scope, design, deliver, and evaluate DEI training programmes to a range of staff varying in seniority. You'll lead on the scoping, design, delivery, and evaluation of a range of DEI training programmes, including: an inclusive leadership programme for senior leaders; a career development programme to support the progression of staff from underrepresented groups into more senior grades; and a suite of DEI programmes for all staff across the firm, around topics such as race, sex, disability, and LGBTQ inclusion. You will lead the design and delivery of inclusive mentoring and reverse mentoring programmes, as well as of DEI training for business development and client teams pitching for contracts. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will ensure that DEI is integrated throughout our existing L&D programme and core business processes. Additionally, you will use firm and sector data and metrics to inform the development of DEI training programmes and harness new and emerging technologies to enhance learning provision. You will prepare and present management reports to update the DEI Committee and the Responsible Business Governance Group on the progress of DEI training programmes, consult on new propositions, and demonstrate the impact of activities. You'll actively contribute to identifying opportunities to collaborate with clients. In collaboration with the Head of DEI and Partner Lead for Responsible Business, you will lead the design and development of a DEI development programme offering for new and existing clients, forming a key part of our potential new consultancy offer. Your role will also involve continually developing and enhancing the DEI training programmes, ensuring they are accessible and visible, and supporting the development of an overarching approach to colleague engagement in relation to DEI-related issues. To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum: At least 4 years' experience in a learning and development role, leading the scoping, design, delivery, and evaluation of training programmes and projects for a range of stakeholders varying in seniority. Proven track record of managing projects, delivering on cost, quality, and time requirements, and influencing culture change with demonstrable impact on organizational culture and values. Strong knowledge and experience in DEI-related roles, including delivering a broad range of DEI training programmes and implementing and managing formal mentoring programmes. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use metrics and data to support critical thinking and improve service delivery, along with a proven track record of innovation and staying up-to-date with trends in the learning and development field. Knowledge and experience of psychometrics and the use of these methodologies in development. Member of CIPD or relevant professional qualification or equivalent professional experience.
