Role : MFP / Print Field Service EngineerArea : Kent - DAPackage : basic + company bonus, company car, fuel card, 25 days holiday, life assurance Would you like to work for an internationally renowned Company, who can provide internal training support and development as well as a great benefits package and the opportunity to grow within the business?Concept are looking for a dedicated problem solver to work within a field based team; to support the current team members with proactive maintenance for our customers.You will be out in the field relatively quickly, utilising your current knowledge of MFPs and/ or Printers and therefore you will be responsible for providing post-sales/implementation technical support services to customers including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance, respond to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions and advise customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.SCOPE
1. The responsibility of the Service Technician is to provide an efficient service to all customers and products on their designated territory with the resources provided by the Company.
2. Delivers post-sales/implementation services at customer sites including installation, maintenance and repair of own organisation and third-party products and services to ensure that all function properly.
