GOALS
* Sales Growth & Revenue Generation: Position the company’s AI/ML security solutions as the industry standard within FTSE 100 organizations, driving revenue growth through a strategic sales approach.
* Strategic Account Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT security leaders, and key decision-makers, ensuring long-term business success.
* Market Expansion: Develop and execute a market penetration strategy focused exclusively on FTSE 100 clients, leveraging industry insights and competitive intelligence.
* Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership: Represent the company in industry forums, networking events, and conferences, strengthening its position as a leader in AI-driven cybersecurity.
FUNCTIONS
* Lead business development efforts, identifying and engaging high-potential clients within FTSE 100 companies.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement to contract negotiation and deal closure.
* Develop tailored proposals and business cases, demonstrating the value of AI/ML security solutions in addressing data protection and compliance challenges.
* Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
* Stay ahead of market trends, providing insights into regulatory changes, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer demands to refine sales strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background:
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Sales & Business Development Experience:
* 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, cybersecurity, or AI/ML-driven solutions.
* Proven track record of selling to FTSE 100 companies.
Strategic Selling & Relationship Management:
* Strong ability to engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers within FTSE 100 organizations.
* Experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles.
Language & Communication Skills:
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Willingness to Travel:
* Ability to travel within the UK and internationally for client meetings and industry events.
